Cancelling a Service

 

To cancel a Service:

 

1.     Login to the Client Area at https://cabbit.cloud/;

 

2.     Once logged in, click on the appropriate Service listed in the ‘Your Active Products/Services' section on the Client Area dashboard;

 

3.     Click the ‘Request Cancellation’ button on the ‘Manage Product’ page, ensuring the correct Service has been selected;

 

4.     On the ‘Service Cancellation Request’ page, give your reason for cancelling the service;

 

5.     Then select the ‘Cancellation Type’. There are two options:

 

  • Immediate – the Service will be terminated in the next 24 hours.

 

  • End of Billing Period – the Service is terminated at the end of the current Billing Period;

 

6.     You will receive an email confirming the cancellation request and giving the date of the termination.

 

Please Note:

Cancelling a Service will terminate the associated server. You are responsible for ensuring that the content and data on the server has been migrated or backed up as appropriate before termination. Cabbit are not liable for any loss of content or data upon termination of the cancelled Service, as per the Terms and Conditions.
